• Starch is TOO MANY simple sugars
• Protein is TOO MANY amino acids
• Saturated fat is TOO MANY fatty acids
When you complex and saturate, it doesn’t make it better.
It makes it worse. Nature is more simplistic than that.
We just like the complex.
That’s the mind again…losing our way down the road of simplicity into a road of jargon, intellectualism, ideas and belief systems.
If you want to know truth, you have to get beyond the mind.

EVERY CELL in the body REQUIRES sugar.
Sugar = carbon. That is why we call foods high in sugar, carbo-hy-drates. (carbon chained constituents)
Carbon is essential, up over fats and proteins (amino acids).
It is essential to create ATP.
That is cell energy (charging the battery of the cell.)

Protein is made inside the body through the consumption of amino acids. Amino acids form enzymes, hormones and neurotransmitters which build muscle.
The body does not use protein for energy. This is myth created by the meat and dairy industries.
It is only the adrenaline or epinephrine in meat that is energetic.
This is a problem in that the adrenal glands are supposed to supply the body with adrenaline when needed for nerve function.
When eating meat, in order for the body to maintain balance, the adrenal glands are forced to decrease their own production of adrenaline which over time weakens them. The neurotransmitters in meat are responsible for the loss of function of our adrenal glands. Most of the population today struggle with weak adrenals.
Meat contains complex chains of amino acids (fruits are simple chained). Meat requires a more radical and energy-robbing digestive process to obtain the amino acids that comprise it.
Meat protein leaves an acid reaction in the body, creating more acidosis, where fruits and vegetables leave an alkaline reaction, thus cutting acidosis.

Eating beyond 15% of your calories as fat leads to a whole host of health problems, ranging from heart disease and cancer, all the way through to brain fog and lethargy.
On the other hand, eating fruit as your primary source of calories will ensure that your fat intake will be low.
Include fatty plant foods such as avocado, durian or coconuts, but if you eat too much you will likely notice reduced energy levels and a sluggish mind.
We’re meant for simple sugars, but complex sugars we are not.
We’re meant for fatty acids, but fats we are not.
We are meant for amino acids, but proteins we are not.
Follow that line and understand that complex nutrition is not designed for homo sapiens, nor most species in actuality.
Simplicity in digestion and absorption is key.
Bottom line to most functions of the cell is ENERGY.
Truth is always found in simplicity, not in the intellectual, not in the academic mind. I think this is where man got caught up—in academics and in the mind…and it has taken us into pathways and into pseudoscience and things that we hold onto as faith. But, faith has killed a lot of people.
