Shedding Truths & Terrain Theory

Addressing the latest misinformation/fear mongering piece revolving around women’s menstrual bleeding and V’s shedding. Unfortunately, the conversation tends to devolve into germ/allopathic reasoning. I am hoping we can shift everyone’s perspective here so that we can learn to see through these regular attempts by the disease industry to create fear around normal body processes.

First, let’s start with some basic facts:

NO ONE ELSE CAN MAKE YOU SICK FROM ANYTHING RELEASED FROM THEIR BODY.

ONLY YOU CAN CREATE DISEASE CONDITIONS AND SYMPTOMS IN YOUR BODY **BY OVERWORKING YOUR CELLULAR METABOLISM. **THIS IS DONE PREDOMINANTLY BY EATING INAPPROPRIATE FOODS FOR YOUR PHYSIOLOGY.

SOMEONE ELSE’S BODY CLEANING ITSELF CAN NEVER CAUSE DISEASE IN YOUR BODY, NOR CAN IT CAUSE YOUR BODY TO CLEAN ITSELF.

DISEASE IS ABOUT WORK; IF YOU MAKE YOUR CELLULAR METABOLISM WORK HARDER THAN IT IS DESIGNED TO THEN YOU CREATE DISEASE CONDITIONS AND THE BODY WILL TRY TO HEAL ITSELF CREATING SYMPTOMS.

With these basic facts in mind, let’s talk about what menstrual bleeding is and what causes changes in menstrual bleeding.

Women are not designed to hemorrhage each month. While it is COMMON for people to bleed heavily each month and experience pain, that does not mean it is NORMAL. Common and Normal are totally different things.

It is common for people to eat cooked foods; it is not normal for humans to eat cooked foods.

It is common for people to have symptoms of disease from eating those cooked foods; it is not normal to have symptoms of disease.

Our normal state is at ease, a state of relaxed and flowing vitality. Any deviation from the state of health is ABNORMAL.

A woman who stops eating cooked foods will often see rapid improvement in the menstrual pain and a significant decrease in the volume of blood as they return to the natural diet. Sometimes they will see an increase in bleeding for a short time while the body cleans out, which will then rapidly diminish after the body is done cleaning the excess waste.

Eventually, the body will have completely detoxed, and bleeding will stop altogether or only occur periodically as needed to eliminate small amounts of toxicity. Fertility will remain and ovulation will continue, but the heavy bleeding and shedding of the womb will be significantly reduced or eliminated because the womb is far less toxic and does not need to be fully rebuilt every cycle.

For women, the womb is another elimination/detoxification channel. The body will use this avenue to clean the body just as it uses the kidneys, bowels, lungs or skin. If the body has a lot of waste then a lot of the womb will need to be shed, which is why women get heavy, painful periods when their body has a lot of excess waste that needs to be eliminated.

Heavy bleeding is the sign of a toxic body. The body is trying to eliminate excess waste through this avenue. Heavy bleeding may also be a sign of irritation or inflammation of the uterus from an overwhelming amount of acidic waste. In this case there are often fibroids, tumors, or cysts in the uterus present as well.

Breakthrough bleeding — bleeding between normal periods — is another sign the body has recently been burdened by further toxicity. It can also be indicative of taking medications that specifically injure the womb such as birth control or IUDs.

Postmenopausal bleeding — or seniors “suddenly getting their periods” — is caused by issues such as endometrial atrophy (a thinning of the uterine lining), vaginal atrophy, fibroids, or endometrial polyps. The bleeding could also be a sign of endometrial cancer.

These are very common symptoms of disease just like loss of smell or taste, colds, or flus.

And, just like colds and flus, these extremely COMMON symptoms are being used to manipulate people and create fear.

What people should really be asking themselves is why all of the sudden all of these talking heads on YouTube and various other sites simultaneously released this fear driven idea. It’s just magically getting to all of them at the same time? 🤨 No, It’s just part of the distraction. Purposefully released to distract, divide, and confuse the masses.

Then we hear, “But all these women are speaking out about their reactions,” “These are real people.”

When we should be asking:

“How many of these people are on their natural species appropriate diet?”

How many people report painful cramping, breakthrough bleeding, or other uncomfortable symptoms every day of every year? It’s such a ridiculously common symptom, just like colds and flus.

The problem here is everyone is simply missing the bigger picture: that the symptom itself is totally normal and common. It’s not unique, not uncommon, not rare, not new, not novel. There is absolutely nothing special, scary, or different about it.

But menstrual bleeding is considered a taboo subject, not appropriate for “civilized discourse”.

It is NOT something that people are going to share with others unprompted when it happens without a mass hysteria event to connect it to. Most women don’t even report it to their doctors because we have been taught to feel uncomfortable and be embarrassed by our natural bodily processes. Some women are even embarrassed to buy tampons or feminine products because we have been so socially programmed to believe it is taboo or shameful. But, if suddenly it becomes newsworthy, then you will see people commenting about it and tying in their experiences because they feel like it is socially acceptable to talk about it in these instances. Here they are being told they are being “brave” by sharing rather than feeling ashamed.

We see these people speaking up, and, because we personally have not heard others speak about these common symptoms of toxemia before, we suddenly think this is a new and novel symptom to be feared. This is just how our brains naturally work. Someone or something plants an idea, and then we see it everywhere, not because the frequency has changed but because the filter in our mind has changed. It’s called confirmation bias and it is how our brains manage the millions of inputs that they are tasked with while not overwhelming our brains.

“Confirmation bias is the tendency to search for, interpret, favor, and recall information in a way that confirms or supports one’s prior beliefs or values. People display this bias when they select information that supports their views, ignoring contrary information, or when they interpret ambiguous evidence as supporting their existing attitudes.”

For example: we have been programmed to believe germs cause disease. Then, when we see one person with a cold we seek out information of other people with colds in and around the same time. When we find one, we file it as confirmation of the preprogrammed idea.

We don’t stop to look at the bigger picture: we don’t look for alternative, rational explanations; and we don’t process how many people are NOT getting sick. We only process the ones who are sick and use that to reinforce the bias. This happens automatically as our brains naturally filter information subconsciously. If we don’t stop to think rationally about a subject and look for a wide scope of evidence we will simply fall into the confirmation bias.

The reality is excess stress, changes in diet, and changes in exercise all affect the amount being detoxed through the womb and everywhere else in the body. People have these symptoms all the time. They are not new, novel, or different, but because the idea has been planted in peoples’ minds people are now talking about something they never talk about.

Looking at your own experiences, you have to ask yourselves:

-Have I changed anything recently?

-Improved my diet, worsened my diet?

-Changed my exercise routine?

-Have I been stressed over the past year? Etc.

What rational explanations are there so we can rule out the irrational?

When looking at another person, the first thing we need to ask ourselves is, are they eating cooked or inappropriate foods? If they are, then we don’t need to look any further for fantastical, magical explanations for a common symptom of toxemia/toxicosis. We know they are putting in toxicity, so we know that the end result of that is going to be in the form of symptoms. We don’t freak out when those same people have acne “all at the same time” or after coming near someone who poisoned themselves.

And we are ignoring the millions of women who have had NO CHANGE to their menstrual bleeding. We are only seeing what we want to see.

Menstruation is detox, so if the body starts cleaning more, in the short term we will bleed more or have breakthrough bleeding.

What is the best way to keep people in a state of fear? Turn something incredibly common into something scary and dangerous. It works with body cleaning symptoms like colds and flus, so why not make women afraid of their period as well? Just more money in the bank.

The group is not a debate group. I don’t know why people think it is. The group is based upon the proven Terrain Model. The purpose of the group is to teach the Terrain Model. Not to teach anyone’s beliefs, whims or fancies. What would be the point to misleading and harming people like that? People think there is some ongoing debate about human health because the disease-for-profit industry keeps people thinking that way. It’s simply a lie. We have known for 150+ years how to reverse disease, how disease is created, what the symptoms of disease are, what the natural diet is, etc. None of these things are remotely a mystery; they are just suppressed by the disease industry to keep the profits rolling in.

It doesn’t matter how many people “testify” to experiencing a common symptom; it is still a common symptom. How many “I got a cold” testimonials prove the germ-lie true? Let’s all strive to stay calm in the face of fear mongering and take the time to look at the bigger picture. Logic, in the face of weaponized fear, is our only defense against tyranny.
