I have reversed Crohn’s Disease, SiBO, candida, pre-diabetes, chronic fatigue, anxiety, adrenal fatigue, depression and several other health issues that nearly ruined my life. At one point I was completely bedridden, I could not digest water without throwing up, and could barely hold a normal conversation without having an anxiety attack.
Crohn’s disease and ALL autoimmune diseases are bullsh*t made- up terms by the medical industrial complex to keep people sick and reliant on the system. Doctors label the area of inflammation in your body with the name of disease, and offer you a pill, because they don’t why you’re sick or how to heal you.
According to modern medicine, an autoimmune disease means the body is attacking itself. Buying into this concept takes responsibility away from yourself and puts it in the hands of the pharmaceutical industry so they can sell you meds to treat your symptoms.
Thinking your body would actually attack itself is to think that God is an idiot and didn’t know how to design your body. Your body is not attacking itself. We have been poisoned. Poisoned by intermuscular needle implants when we are children, processed and chemical foods we eat for breakfast lunch and dinner, heavy metals being sprayed above our heads, fluoridated tap water, exhaust fumes, perfumes, sunscreen and a whole other range of toxic things we come into contact with every day.
If we take accountability, and admit to ourselves we haven’t been living in tune with nature, we can then recognize how beautiful and amazing our own immune systems are. If we stop eating crap, and start eating living foods, drinking fresh water, resting, fasting, and allow our bodies to gently detoxify themselves, we will no longer have any symptoms of “autoimmune” disease and our bodies will go back to a normal state of perfect health.
God designed our bodies to heal. We just need to get out of the way of its perfect design and let it heal.
When I was laying in the hospital five years ago thinking, 𝘐’𝘮 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘪𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘰𝘯, about to either get my intestines cut out or go on immunosuppressive drugs, I had never even heard the term “fruitarian.” I had always been pretty against a vegan diet and I never actually did much research on it.
The few years before this I tried the keto diet, paleo, carnivore and raw carnivore diet, all of which made me feel absolutely horrific and slowly led to my body breaking down rapidly.
After a little research on plant-based diets and healing naturally with living foods, it became pretty clear to me that we were not designed to eat processed, cooked, or any food that did not make our mouth water in its raw and natural form.
Seeing as humans are the only species on the planet to cook our food, it started to become crystal clear that we were only designed to eat fruit, and some soft leafy greens, all of which tastes amazing raw.
It took me some time to adjust to eating this way, like any new diet, but after a while I never even imagined going back. This is my opinion obviously, but I don’t see the point in going backwards in my knowledge of eating cooked food or animal products.
I am more than content eating a raw fruit based diet. I have healed in so many ways that most people would think is a miracle and most doctors would never even believe, and I very rarely look at or smell cooked food or think, 𝘞𝘰𝘸! 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘴 𝘺𝘶𝘮𝘮𝘺. I have rewired my mind, through several years of hard work, to recognize what REAL food actually is, and I have un programmed my brain to not want anything cooked or processed.
It’s been a long and amazing journey, and it’s completely possible to reverse most health issues from cancer to MS to chronic fatigue and severe acne. We just have to realize that we are no different from any other species designed by God and just like all other animals we have ONE diet that ALL humans thrive on.
As I get older I care a lot less of what other people eat, and arguing about diets is the last thing I want to waste my time doing. This diet is working amazing for me, and almost everyone I know who puts in the time starts thriving eating raw, living foods in their natural state.
