Does Distilled Water Leach Minerals from our Bodies? No absolutely not! In fact just the ‘opposite’ has been found to occur in our bodies. It is a mistaken belief that drinking pure distilled water reduces valuable minerals from living human tissues. For pure distilled water enhances natural plant based mineral absorption.
Organic minerals vs inorganic minerals. There are two types of minerals, organic and inorganic. Human physiology has a biological affinity for organic minerals. Most organic minerals for our body functions come from dietary plant foods. A growing plant converts the inorganic minerals from the soils to a useful organic mineral.
When an organic mineral (from a plant food) enters the stomach it must attach itself to a specific protein-molecule (chelation) in order to be absorbed, then it gains access to the tissue sites where it is needed. Once a plant mineral is divested within the body, it is utilized as a coenzyme for composing body fluids, forming blood and bone cells, and the maintaining of healthy nerve transmission.
Without a healthy organic mineral balance inside and outside the cells of muscle, blood, and bone substructures, the body will began to spasm, twitch and cramp, eventually deteriorating to a full “rigor complex”, and/or complete failure. There is no point in flushing the body with dirty water.
Inorganic minerals from tap water is bad news for your body. Tap water presents a variety of inorganic minerals which our body has difficulty absorbing. Their presence is suspect in a wide array of degenerative diseases, such as hardening of the arteries, arthritis, kidney stones, gall stones, glaucoma, cataracts, hearing loss, emphysema, diabetes, and obesity.
What minerals are available, especially in “hard” tap water, are poorly absorbed, or rejected by cellular tissue sites, and, if not evacuated, their presence may cause arterial obstruction, and internal damage. Your body wants natural organic minerals/ salts bound up in the plant that absorbed them.
Is it any wonder why the body prefers the richest source of mineral substrates from organic foods instead of the mineral-poor sources from tap water? Even if the human tissue suddenly developed the ability to absorb inorganic minerals from tap water.
It would take an enormous amount of tap water to supply the bare minimal mineral quantities for human life functions. If (for example) the rich inorganic mineral content of the tap water in Reno, Nevada were modified so that it would convert the daily Calcium requirement from its inorganic calcium solutes, one would have to drink 7.4 gallons of their tap water.
Clean distilled/ negative charged water enhances mineral absorption rates. Distilled pure water will not conduct electricity when only 2 parts inorganic minerals or less are present. Water with 5 parts inorganic content per million parts water (or more) will conduct electricity, completing a simple circuit and lighting a tester bulb. The higher the inorganic content is in a per million count, the less effectively water transmits organic minerals to tissue sites.
Bottled water, tap water, reverse-osmosis filtered water, and carbon-block filtered water (when tested) will conduct electricity, substantiating that each one is not the best carrier for the mineral transport and mineral absorption.
City tap water has been shown to contain 19 “inorganic metals (which can pass the brain barrier causing Alzheimer’s/ autoimmune diseases) of concern”, for which maximum contaminant levels have been set. Most American tap water tested falls between the ranges of 350 parts per million to over 1000 parts per million total contaminants.
Does drinking distilled water leach the minerals from the body? No, quite the opposite. If inorganic minerals are “removed” from tap water, by converting it into pure distilled water, the result is remarkable biological mineral absorption for both health and maximal metabolic activity.
The application of this query has a remarkably high correlation to the general properties of maximal absorption rates, for all micronutrients which traverse the gastric chambers directly into the muscle cells for premium performance demand.
Distilled water will restore your mind. Calcium is turning your pituitary into a hard stone. If you are Drinking living water from ripe juicy fruits and you won’t have these problems. Eat your water, for dis-ease is the body’s direct response to the foods that we eat. And not allowing toxins back again out of the body.
These are very good reason to start today drinking distilled water, or getting your hydration from fruits/ vegetables or rainwater. Distilled water will get rid of the positive charged minerals/inorganic but not the healing negative ones. It acts like a magnet and “it covers all bases.”
Take a dirty coin and put it in distilled water and Watch What Happens. Actually it works like a magnet. Distilled is negatively charged and the toxins are positive charged. It attaches to the toxins for removal leaving the vitamins and minerals we need.
Yes, it will take “minerals” out but, only inorganic positive charged like heavy metals and that is the whole point. We want it to behave like this and it’s basically “code” in this form telling our bodies what it needs. It’s the waters of the ancients! There is a MASSIVE amount of data and info on these truths.
I will point you towards Andrew Norton Webber, he is the guru on distilled waters. There are 4 main kinds; Rain/condensation, urine, fruit juices, bought distilled water. It’s amazingly functional and works changing the body’s dirty water for pure hydration.
You can drink water from your tap and it will age you faster. You can drink water from a bottle and it will age you faster. Or you can drink water that has been distilled and it will de-age you, making you look and feel younger while decalcifying and detoxing your body.
Plaque could be coating your blood highway system. With plaque coating your internal vessel this stops your body from absorbing the amino acids (nutrients) effectively or at all. So i always promote that people looking into a change to do this in stages as each stage will serve you.
Look at the dirty water you drink, distilled water DE-calcifies you. Here is another way you can look at it. Heart Disease = Calcification (plaque) of the heart. Distilled water or liquids will de calcify this removing the cause of heart disease.
Cardiovascular (heart) disease generally refers to conditions that involve narrowed or blocked blood vessels (vessels coated in Plaque) that can lead to a heart attack, chest pain (angina) or stroke. Other heart conditions, such as those that affect your heart’s muscle, valves or rhythm, also are considered forms of heart disease.
Cataract = Plaque growth in the eyes. Cataracts is a clouding of the lens in the eye (Plaque) which leads to a decrease in vision. Cataracts often develop slowly and can affect one or both eyes. Symptoms may include faded colors, blurry vision, halos around light, trouble with bright lights, and trouble seeing at night.
With the use of distilled liquids Being water, Fruit juices, Urine, you will eliminate the plaque which eliminates the cause of disease. your cataracts will dissolve leaving your eyes restored to a fully working state. Kidney stones/ Plaque in the kidneys. Distilled liquids melt your stones. Arthritis is plaque on your joints which cause inflammation of one or more of your joints.
The main symptoms of arthritis are joint pain and stiffness, which typically worsen with age. The most common types of arthritis are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis to get young again use distilled liquids, fruit juices, even urine, high water content fruits. And the list goes on, any disease can be eliminated if you apply the right science.
We strive to avoid inorganic minerals, which are minerals in rock form. This includes salt, supplements and minerals in mineral rich waters. Distilling while it is a mechanical process as we use it for preparing distilled waters, is at its core a natural process. The water inside fruits is distilled water, having had the rock minerals filtered out by the plant. Rainwater is distilled water having had the minerals removed by evaporation. The process we use to create distilled water mechanically is a copy of rain water distillation.
Distilled water is neutral. People get this confused because if distilled water is not stored properly it has the potential to absorb acids from the air. This is why we store distilled water in glass or stainless steel containers with air tight lids.
Distilled water is the cleanest source of water available to us. The key issue with water is the inorganic minerals. If we are drinking water that has high levels of inorganic minerals those minerals get deposited into the tissues of the body and they are hard for the body to remove. This leads to scar tissue and impeded function of the cells which leads to symptoms of disease.
Water is the universal solvent. Water dissolves and carries out a wide range of substances, from cellular debris to inorganic minerals. The more empty the water that we put into the body, the more it can carry out. This is the reason we choose distilled or reverse osmosis for our water.
You may recall from high school science classes putting various substances in water and stirring and seeing how much the water could dissolve. Adding tablespoon after tablespoon eventually the water would become saturated and the salt or sugar or whatever substance would drop to the bottom of the jar. Saturated water cannot hold any more substances.
Distilled water is unsaturated water. You can stir a lot of sugar into distilled water. Mineral waters are largely saturated waters – they are holding inorganic minerals suspended in the water, so that leaves very little room to pick up other materials.
If we are looking to sweep out waste, do you want to carry a little out at a time, or a lot? With distilled water, you have the power to carry out a lot. With mineral water and other waters that are saturated with inorganic minerals, they cannot carry out as much.
The argument that distilled water pulling minerals out of the body is fallacious reasoning. Water is inert, not alive, and cannot take any action, therefore it cannot go into the tissues or bones to pull out materials. The body is in complete control and the body places inorganic minerals into the water for expulsion. The body can also pull material out of the water, the process works in both directions.
There are many marketing claims surrounding minerals waters but I would ask for the science to support claims of distilled water being “unfit for human consumption”. Water inside fruit is distilled water. Rain water is distilled water. The body can handle some inorganic minerals in the water, so spring water is not going to cause disease in an of itself, but it is certainly not the best option at our disposal.
