“All conditions stem from same root causes: the body’s imbalance and a very acidic environment, with a stagnant, backed-up Lymphatic system, non-filtering kidneys and clogged bowels.”
~ Conny Missy Alder
ALL LIFE on this planet is chemistry. There are two sides of chemistry: acid and alkaline. Hot is acidic. Cold is alkaline.
There are two systems of fluid in the body: the blood and lymphatic fluid. Your blood is alkaline and must maintain a critical alkaline balance (7.35-7.45 pH).
Most of us have backed up toxic, acidic Lymphatic systems. Our Lymphatic system is nearly 3x larger than the blood. Cellular acids in the Lymph system are 3 pH. Pain is an acid experience. This is the system that is responsible for our pain, inflammation, diseases and conditions.
Acids in our body’s gigantic sewer (Lymphatic) system come from:
1) the cellular (poop) metabolic wastes, as well as,
2) the consumption of primarily acid-forming foods (an acidic diet).
Acids come from cells as they eat and consume their nutrition from the blood. They discharge their acid waste into the body’s septic system, just like you would in your own home. Your Lymphatic system is your body’s gigantic sewer system / lipid carrier system / immune system / lubricating system.
Acids also come from acid-forming foods. Most diets are extremely acidic and mucus-forming. Our diets today are predominately cooked and processed foods and drinks which are on the acid side of chemistry.

According to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, a food is considered an “acid-ash” food based on the ash produced after the combustion of foods under laboratory conditions. Combustion is meant to be comparable to what would occur through metabolism within the body and is used to suggest which foods will produce the desired “ash.”
This depends on a food’s mineral composition. After the nutrients from a food have been utilized in the cells, the pH level of the resulting waste is either acidic or alkaline.
Foods containing chiefly alkaline-forming minerals impart alkalinity to the cells and metabolic waste stream. Alkaline substances contain sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron.
Foods with predominately acid-forming minerals impart acidity to the cells and metabolic waste stream. The primary acid-forming minerals are phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, iodine, bromine, fluorine, copper and silicon.

Another important factor to consider is that we are passed down a compromised Lymphatic system (backed up sewer system) the same way we inherit our organ and glandular weaknesses. This can be clearly seen in the iris of the eye. Research the science of Iridology (Bernard Jensen).
This is why we have childhood dis-ease. How much Lymph stagnation is passed down to you at birth as well as which and how many weak organs and glands you inherit and their levels of degeneration is what separates us in terms of “health” when we are born.
Your Lymphatic system must clean 2-3 pounds of acidic, cellular waste each day. The Lymphatic system’s main channels of elimination are the kidneys, bowels, lungs and skin. You must visibly move it out of the body. What you don’t eliminate, you accumulate. No matter what you’ve been told, if your urine is clear, you’re accumulating it.
Acids make your fluids anionic, coagulated and thick. Acids make your body hard as a rock. Acids ravage your body with pain and decay.
Acids create dehydration, coagulation (fluids solidify), agglomeration (clumping together) and are corrosive to all your trillions of cells. When your body cannot keep up and remove these acids, they find a home in your organs, glands, nerves, joints, bones and tissues – anywhere in your body.
When your body is compromised by stagnant acids you have not been eliminating because you have lost filtration through your kidneys (the body’s main channel for the elimination of lymphatic waste) because they have lost their ability to function properly (often having been damaged by acids, as well), you have systemic acidosis: chronic, stagnant, lymphatic constipation.
𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐬, 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐥𝐤𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞:
The problem with our diets today is that they predominately consist of cooked foods, processed foods, fake “food-like products” which are 80% acidic and 20% alkaline.
Our species-specific diet (what we should be eating) is 80% alkaline and 20% acidic.
Acids need alkalinity to neutralize.
When we stop eating acid-forming foods and start eating foods designed for the human body …raw and unprocessed, the body will naturally heal itself as it pushes out the toxic matter causing symptoms, which is just inflammation.
When we stop consuming acid and mucous-forming chemistry our body begins to dispose of the excess acid chemistry when our body’s elimination channels are open and working properly.
Changing the diet to alkaline-forming foods begins the natural detoxification/cleansing process of removing systemic acidosis (lymph stagnation) from the body which will get the ball rolling (removing, rebuilding and regenerating) to eventually restore balance. What took generations and decades to occur, can take months and even years to undo. How long it takes depends on many factors, but most of what does occur and how long it takes is really up to you.
A high fruit, plant-based diet heals the body because raw foods are on the alkaline side of chemistry. Acids need alkalinity to neutralize.
Fruit is the best living water we have available on the planet. Fruits are full of fiber, enzymes, amino acids, fatty acids, minerals and a full range of living nutrients. Fruits are astringent and pull on thick, hardened Lymph. Fruits digest quickly, giving the body the time and energy that is required (away from digestion) to clean, heal and regenerate.
“Fruits possess the ability to
1) neutralize the acids in our body and
2) pull out the acid wastes from the body.
Fruits hydrate the body so the acids can flow through the lymphatic system and move out through the normal elimination channels – kidneys, bowels, skin, mucus membranes (eyes, ears, nose, etc.).”
~ Lauren Whiteman
“People today consume mainly acid-forming foods, e.g., meats, grains, pasteurized dairy products, eggs and cooked tomatoes. As acidity is hot, these acids and compounds cause inflammation in tissues.
Inflammation causes cellular weakness causing many changes to its DNA and chromosome structure and an inability of the cell to transport nutrients across its membrane wall via cellular respiration, eventually leading to cellular death.”
~ Robert Morse, ND
To compound the problem: acid-forming foods elicit a mucus response from the body. It does this to protect the body from acid damage.
Most of us have so much mucus backed up inside our bodies that some doctors have been led to believe that the mucus itself is the problem. It is not. It is a symptom of the problem: too much acid chemistry/systemic acidosis.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐝-𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬:
• All animal meats (including fish, shellfish and fowl)
• All animal secretions and by-products (dairy: milk, cream, cheese, butter and eggs)
• Most grains and their products (wheat, rice, oats, rye, bread, pastas, cakes, crackers, etc.)
• Processed food and drinks
• Snacks (candies, chips, chocolates, pretzels, etc.)
• Carbonated soft drinks/sodas
• Alcoholic beverages
Too many acid and mucus-forming foods, as well as poor food- combining practices, over-stresses the body.

As a result, the body is forced to:
1) Use its alkaline mineral reserves (mainly calcium) to buffer the acidity
2) Produce high levels of cholesterol (plaquing throughout the body)
3) Retain water (Edema) to protect its precious cells from acid damage
