ABOUT THE HOST

I’m Tanya, a counsellor based on the Costa Blanca with a particular interest in emotional wellbeing, metabolic health and lifestyle approaches that support long-term health.

My aim is to create a welcoming space where people can learn together, share experiences and explore practical ways of supporting health and wellbeing.
