
Nature does not give anything as a fragment. Because nature only works as she created it.
I see Sunlight like supplements you copy something, you isolate it from the sum of it parts and it does not heal it causes chaos, disharmony or harm
We have Sunlight that is from Nature our body understands that, it speaks our language. The Sunrise light in our eyes and our skin primes our hormones for the day, it regulates our nervous system. It tells our body to make melatonin, this then soaks up reactive oxygen species (ROS) and free radicals. It also acts like a natural sunscreen later in the day. It builds up our melatonin storage tanks so that later in the day more magic can happen.
So we fill up our melatonin tanks at sunrise then later in the day 2 to 3 hours after solar noon here that is 3 to 5pm your body goes into super repair magic mode. In depth healing and repair, EZ water, D3 Sulfate if your eyes and skin are exposed. What if you have not filled your tanks? What if you have been looking at your screen all day overloaded with cortisol so you have no melatonin? The magic does not happen. Melatonin is the quantum dot in the IR light, without it the magic cannot happen. Nature is always nuanced, yin and yang. You need to follow her rules.

LED lights, Excess blue light, stay indoors, daylight is dangerous, constant usage from phones, tablets, pc etc
This just creates cortisol with no buffers so you are wrecking your mitochondria or your metabolic health. 90% of all health problems are metabolic dysfunction. Diabetes, cancer, obesity etc etc
It is not that blue light devices are bad by themselves, morning to early afternoon is likely beneficial, it’s just that you are having a fragment you are having all the blue and none of the other colours found in natural light. They are the modern day petrochemical based synthetic supplements. And having only blue light at night is not adviseable unless buffered. Opening the window helps a lot if you need to be indoors. Its ironic in some hospitals you cannot open the windows.
Nature is magic, it is perfect, it is decentralized.
Getting your circadian rhythm correct balances your hormones and your nervous system.
When your hormones and nervous system are deregulated metabolic health suffers.
Our very world we have created deliberately creates excess cortisol and the one free buffer we have is becoming increasingly unavailable to everyone. So you have unrelenting damage and the one free antidote is ignored.
None of the IR gadgets you can buy are comparable to sunlight because one is a fragment and one is Nature. The same for taking melatonin supplements which can be very dangerous. Nature makes structures we could never fathom or replicate. Did you know the chemicals in your body change minute by minute. I love it. I love nature.
