An informal monthly meetup for people interested in improving their health, energy, mood and overall wellbeing through evidence-informed, lifestyle-based approaches.

We look at common long-term health issues such as:

๐น Thyroid and hormonal imbalance
๐น Digestive and gut problems
๐น Memory, brain health, and cognitive decline (including Parkinsonโs and dementia)
๐น And other long-term health issues linked to lifestyle and metabolism
The group is led by myself (Tanya), a counsellor with a strong background in metabolic health, brain health, hormonal health, and lifestyle-based wellbeing approaches.
This is a sales-free space, no products, gimmicks, pills or potions. Just honest, evidence-informed guidance.
