Vitamin ‘O’ (Oxygen) … is taken in from the Air through our eyes, skin and lungs. We use 10% of breath intake when 90% metabolic energy comes from breathing.
Engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, relaxing the body & calming the mind.


Air is a direct source of nutrients from Nature to de-toxify lungs and internal organs … it cleans inner and outer pollution … and so … the simply act of breathing is an instinctual connection with Mother Earth and our physical and spiritual health.

Open or energize 4th chakra … feel more joy within … unite with one another in a moment of mutual sensitivity.

The lion initiate master of the solar plexus chakra lies down with the lamb initiate master of the heart = A full Awakening.

Energize 4th Chakra with breathing exercises … Pranayama … calm mind … activate kundalini … energize life force … Prana

Exercise 1. Mornings:

Place your hands on the diaphragm with your little fingers on the lower edges of your rib cage. Inhale into that area with the sound AAH in your mind to the count of 7. Then breath out to the count of 7 making an audible sound of AAH.

Repeat this 3 times

Place hands over chest. Inhale into that area with the sound UUU in your mind to the count of 7. Then breath out to the count of 7 making an audible UUU sound.

Repeat this 3 times

Place your thumbs and part of your hands on your collar bone. Inhale into that area with the sound MMM in your mind to the count of 7. Then breath out to the count of 7 making an audible MMM sound.

Repeat this 3 times

Now do the 3 each time once in complete sequence to make a AUM (OM) sound with each breath.
