Dry brushing is a simple technique that can:
- Support lymphatic circulation
- Exfoliate and invigorate the skin
- Stimulate nerve endings
- Encourage a sense of well-being
Dry brushing can be a refreshing addition to your self-care routine, especially before a shower or bath

How to start:
Precautions
- Do not brush over:Painful varicose veins
- Centre of the breasts
- Damaged, infected, or inflamed skin
- Areas of pigment loss
- Always brush on dry skin, not wet or sweaty skin. Never use a wet brush.
General Tips
Work in four sections: upper left, lower left, upper right, lower right.
Brush toward your lymph nodes to encourage drainage.
Dry brush several times per week. Start on your left side first.

1. Arms & Upper Body
1. Underarm lymph nodes: Brush 7 times clockwise, then 7 times counterclockwise.
2. Upper chest → underarm: Brush downward toward the armpit.
3. Lower chest → underarm: Brush under the breast toward armpit.
4. Side of the torso → armpit
5. Upper back → armpit
6. Neck & throat → armpit
7. Jaw line → armpit
8. Hands & fingers: Circular motions across palms, tops of hands, and fingers.
9. Wrists & arms: Brush upwards along the arm toward the armpit.
2. Lower Body
- Groin lymph nodes: 7 clockwise, 7 counterclockwise, both sides.
- Stomach: Start with small circles at the navel, then larger circles outward.
- Buttocks → groin: Upper and lower.
- Legs → groin: Brush upper leg, lower leg, then whole leg toward groin.
- Feet: Heel → toes, top of foot, ankle.
3. Back
Brush the middle of the back upward using both hands.
Then brush mid-back toward shoulder blades.
Dry brushing is a gentle practice to help support your body’s natural cleansing and circulation. Over time, it can be a simple and enjoyable part of your wellness routine.
