Understanding Your Unique Metabolic Blueprint

Each of us is biochemically unique, shaped by factors like ancestry, diet, lifestyle, and circadian rhythm. Our body’s balance—sometimes referred to as yin and yang, acidic vs. alkaline, or sympathetic vs. parasympathetic—plays a crucial role in overall health. Some of us naturally lean toward one state, while others maintain a more balanced energy metabolism.
